Signora Sisa takes us on a hunt for Bologna's best tortellini, indulgent sweets, and the perfect post-shopping aperitivo, in collaboration with Sciuraglam, the Instagram account that pays homage to the glamorous Milanese ladies-who-lunch.
Created by Angelo, @Sciuraglam began as a passion project, born from his fascination with these iconic women of Milan. What started as a beloved hobby has grown into a major platform, though Angelo remains steadfast in keeping the focus on the ladies themselves, choosing to stay behind the scenes and anonymous.
Earlier this month, Angelo joined us in Bologna to accompany Signora Sisa on her holiday errands in Bologna for a day filled with culinary treasures, style, and a touch of glamour.
Sisa picks up tortellini at Paolo Atti & Figli, a historic bakery and Bologna institution since 1868. Just steps from Piazza Maggiore, this is her go-to spot for the quintessential Bolognese Christmas classic—dressed in the ODP Fringed Cape and Cortina Sunglasses.
Next door at Tamburini, Sisa chooses from the selection of prosciutto, mortadella and cheeses. This Bologna institution has been serving Bologna since 1932, also with a small quick-service restaurant next door where you can savour some of the delicacies on-the-spot.
The next stop is Zanarini, a treasure trove of sweets and confections and the perfect spot for an afternoon coffee. From decadent artisanal chocolates to elegantly wrapped gifts for loved ones, Sisa savors this part of her holiday routine.
No shopping is complete without an aperitivo, and the Sciura finishes her afternoon at Bar Paolo, sipping a Campari Spritz in our Officina Leather Workshirt.
Fun fact: Sisa is founder Allison's mother-in-law!
